Executive Director Donna H. Groh resigns
from Toastmasters International

Toastmasters International has recently accepted the resignation of Donna H. Groh, Executive Director since 2001. Groh has indicated her interest in pursuing other opportunities and personal interests. Groh says she greatly valued her experience with Toastmasters International.
During Groh’s seven-year tenure, Toastmasters International’s membership grew to nearly a quarter million members in 92 countries. Ms. Groh is credited with implementing wide-scale technological changes to support the organization’s international growth, and positioning the organization to become the world‘s undisputed expert in communication and leadership skills development.
From one club started in 1924 at the YMCA in Santa Ana, California, Toastmasters International has grown to 230,000 members in 11, 500 clubs in 92 countries. Since that first club was organized by Ralph Smedley, more than 4 million people have benefited by the Toastmasters program and become more confident communicators and leaders.
